God hears our prayers

22.8.04

I want to tell you, God really hears our prayers.

These weeks I was very tried physically and mentally as needed to take care my grandma every day after work. As I mentioned before, her condition was bad. Last week doctor told me she had the cerebrovascular accident again. SHOCKED!!! Looking at my weak, silent grandma, I felt she was leaving me.
I cried day and night, in the bed, on the bus, in front of friends....
Finally I prayed to Jesus in one day morning. "My Jesus! My grandma hasn't know your great gift of salvation. Why don't give her a chance? Please give her more days to know your name, your words and receive your enteral salvation. Please don't let her leave me now... "

2 hours later, I got a phone call from hospital and told me my grandma wanted Jesus to be her god. What? She was a buddlist for many years. How comes she suddenly changed her mind? Surprise and wonder at first, then I started crying. I asked God to let me have more days with grandma for her religion but then... did my grandma really leaving me then? Why's the hurry, Jesus?

When I told friends my upset about this few days later, they had the laugh of me ;-)
Yes, Jesus already heared my prayer and then miracle happened. Why unhappy lei? Though grandma still cannot eat nor drink, still in hospital, I can tell her bible story and pray together everyday. Thanks God!

Hi Gloria:

"Behold, the Lord’s hand is not so short that it cannot save; neither is His ear so dull that it cannot hear." Isaiah 59:1

Salvation has come upon your Grandma ... Praise His Name.
