Fired due to blogging?!

From Abauer's blog I knew that a girl was fired as two posts (and corresponding comments) on her blog.
Originally, blog is similar to online daily, allows us to share personal thoughts and feelings. And it should be a place for all of you to speak without any censorship. If we need worry the posts whether being inspected by others, who enjoys blogging then?

Today I learn a new word, slashdotted (well, my english is ... hahaa...)

Jim, thanks for your help. It's really a cool site. Now I know how this word comes from.

I would think that it could be problematic to post in one's blog while at work... unless it was during a lunch break or something.
