Foot massage

I have to dress formally with heeled shoes in work days. ( suits + programming = ??). Very tired ar!! So I went to have foot massage (someone calls foot reflexology) with friends in China last weekend. It was so relaxing!! My feet seemed to be re-newed. :)

Foot massage is very common in Asia and more and more popular around the world. When I visited Thailand, US..., some saloons/ beauty shops provided foot massage service too. In Chinese medicine, the foot can be divied into different zones and each zone is represented to one organ. Gentle pressure applied to these zone can facilitates our body's ability to clear congestion, restoring normal functioning & improving health.

During the massage, most people might feel pain/ uncomfortable due to some problems with their organs. But I was laughing (!) . I felt itching when the reflexologist pressed on my feet with his fingers. HAHAAA.... it is a good symptom at least. I am healthy.

I was asked to even wear tie in one of my previous job... which sometimes need to service PC by opening the case...

It seems that outlook is more important than the ability here. My previous boss asked all technicians for formal dressing even they just did computer repair and maintenance.
But.... I prefer working with someones whom wears tidy.
